Open Space provides educational content about yoga routines, pacing cues, and movement habits. Practice is self-guided: you choose your range, speed, and supports (wall, chair, towel).
Comfort-first is encouraged. If a movement feels too intense, reduce range, slow down, or pause for a breath. The goal is repeatable routines that fit your day.
Calm pace, small range, and stable supports make practice easier to repeat on busy weeks.
Course prices are displayed in USD (your payment method may charge in PEN). Submitting the request form creates a course request. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation if access has not been provided yet. After access is delivered, refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account delivery status.
